Disappointed but manage to go thru the staycation.
Cons:

I was inform of the temporary electricity cutoff during my stay, but after the electricity supply is back, the room aircon was not functioning properly. I was told the technician was unable to rectify the issue until 9.30pm. Then the hotel offer us to switch to another block.

The pool was not well maintain, full of branches & slimy. The pool floor mosaic mostly come off & very unpleasant. When i was offer to which to another block, i was not allow to use the pool due to my previous booking was under another block.

I message the management about request for earlier checking in time twice before the stay but were never replied.

Bilik ok, besar.. semua kemudahan ada kecuali washing machine

Cons:

Tapi harga terlalu mahal... 2 malam sya kna spend almost 4k...
Facilities tidak dimaintance
Menu utk bkfst tidak bnyk pilihan dan tidak menepati citarasa

Pros:

The accommodation and the beachfront are both very nice.

Cons:

Transportation to the resort was good, but transportation out of the resort was terrible. I called for a ride for several hours, but no one showed up.
The hotel doesn't offer a designated pick-up service, and they couldn't help arrange a pickup.
Transportation services could be improved.
