Zelo prijetno bivanje
Pros:

Bogat obilen zajttk. Hotel v strogem centru mesta. Zelo prijazno vljudno mlado osebje. Parkirisce cez cesto. Priporocam.

Lokacija ne moze biti bolja, sobe su ciste, hotel nov i moderno sredjen, parking ispred hotela

Na pusenje u restoranu i ispod prozora se necemo zaliti jer je to generalno problem nas nepusaca svuda po Balkanu, ali klima koja je iskljucena u julu mesecu na dan odlaska je sramota. Dorucak je solidan, iz menija, ali je neuobicajno da na svaki zahtev konobar odgovara sa ne moze ili nemamo ili ne mozemo da pravdamo, konkretno dodatna kesica meda za caj ili mini marmelada i nutela, ne mozes dobiti cak i ako platis. To sto su ti namenili za dorucak - to ti je. Odjavljeni sa bukinga na pola boravka. Eto neke cudne stvari koje nam se nigde pre nisu desavale.

Best hotel in Prijedor
Pros:

Perfect location in the center, but no noise at all. Clean, cozy rooms. Breakfast isn`t buffet but you can choose several options, and they are prepared on spot and delicious. Free parking in front. Hotel is brand new, opened less than 2 yrs ago.
Modern design in rooms, comfortable bed and pillows.

Cons:

Nothing that we didn't like. We were completely satisfied.

Two days very comfrotable staying
Pros:

The Room was excellent, good looking, comfotable. The only disadvantage is the lack of coffee pot and towel handler in the bathroom.

Uredno, soba udobno i lijepo opremljena. Kupaona sa svim što treba, iznimno čista. Naravno, osoblje sve drži na nivou, ljubazni, uslužni. Domaći doručak, obilan, ukusan.

Smoke and smell of cigarettes in every corner!
Pros:

Room was very cosy, with modern equipment, very spacious and clean.
The cleaning lady was very nice, helpful and deserves all the compliments!

Cons:

The main and constant problem was the cigarette smoke in the hole hotel!
Smoking is allowed in all aerias except the room but only because of fire and smoke alarms!
Smoke coming to the room from the bar beside the reception, always crowded with heavy smokers, through the stairs, lift and hallways all day and night, even to the highest floors.
Weather was not so nice, cold and windy, raining also, and we must stay at the room more than we wanted which was in that circumstances very challenging for our health. My husband is asthmatic and he has a lot of problems with lungs, he is allergic to so many things, expecially cigarette smoke...
To have a breakfast was also impossible, we didn't go to, because the dining area was also full of smoke!
They have non smoking part of three tables in small separate room but the connecting door was widely open all the time.
Our stay was disaster.

Pros:

Hotel je izuzetno čist, sobe lijepo namještene, kreveti udobni. Lokacija hotela dobra,blizu šetnica, centar grada sa svim trgovinama, sobe koje gledaju na park sa puno zelenila. Hotelska bašta prelijepa u tom zelenilu.Gospodin na recepciji je bio jako ljubazan, domaćinski docek.
