The home was in a good area.
The home owners watches the cameras from the time you arrive to the time you leave. When me and my husband walked in the home it smelled just like dog. It was not a good smell. You have to take your shoes off at the door. I didn’t like that. When we got into our room I checked the bedding and the bathroom. The bedding was bad the sheets had hair on them like the sheets was not washed. The white blanket they had on top was dirty and stained really bad. I sent the owners a message they responded stating they apologize and they brought new sheets and placed them on the door. But me and my husband went to Walmart and brought a whole comforter set ourselves. That Saturday July 4th I received a call that my brother-in-law had drowned. So, Sunday July 5th me and my husband left a day early. Our check out time was not until Monday July 6th. The owners sent me a message on Sunday morning around 8:37am stating that our check out time was at 11:00am. We had left before 8:00am. Keep in mind they are watching the cameras the whole time you are there. They seen when we were taking out things to the truck on Sunday morning and watched us when we left. I sent the owner a screenshot of our dates July 2-July 6. And I explained why we had to leave early and would they refund us a day back. I NEVER received a response back at ALL. So, if we would have stayed until Monday they would have been trying to make us leave a day early (on that Sunday). I will not be booking another shared home.

Don't stay here, there's nothing to like. Many loud guests, no rest, and dirty bathrooms.
Multiple cars have been towed from this place according to the host themselves in communication with me. The host tells people to park in the driveway, but your car can still get towed from their driveway for a $225 fee. Unprofessional. Horrible business.

the privacy of the room. I felt safe of the location coming in an out was easy. Privacy was the key of this rental.
I didn't know that when you dispose the garbage you need to put it inside a plastic bag, but it was never a big deal.

Parking and limited visitor parking was my only issue. I wouldn’t want this small issue to detract from how great this booking was but it would be remiss of me not to mention that once 2 cars are parked in the lot, a 3rd car cannot fit without breaking the parking rules of the neighborhood. I had to park in visitors parking which was not as close as mentioned.

A very clean place with nice details, the most comfortable bed I have stayed in and above all, that personalized service that is not at all common to find, the excellent location, multiple restaurants and fast food near the area and the plus is an excellent price with the perfect location for those of us who go to the Disney 💯
