Pros:

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir konnten uns mit jeder Frage an sie wenden, und man hat uns bei der Lösung unserer Probleme geholfen. Zwei Küchenmitarbeiterinnen sind sehr nett, fleißig und äußerst freundlich! Wir waren sehr zufrieden!

Revenim cu drag!
Pros:

Personalul foarte amabil, preocupat permanent de confortul clienților. Cameră curată, mic dejun bogat. Amplasat aproape de mijloacele de transport in comun si la aproximativ 20 de minute de mers pe jos de Grand Bazar.
La 50 de metri de cazare se găsește o parcare privată, cu program non-stop si pazită (aprox 180 lei/5 zile).

Cons:

Deși este amplasat intr-o zonă foarte populată și inevitabil gălăgioasă, acest lucru nu reprezintă un minus, având in vedere toate celelalte facilități ale unității de cazare.

Хотелось бы стандартных принадлежностей в ванной (одноразовые зубные щетки с пастой, ватные палочки).
Pros:

Понравилось очень гостеприимная атмосфера, потрясающие сотрудники отеля, всегда помогут, выполнят любую просьбу. Веселые ребята 😁Хороший ремонт, удобная кровать. В номере чай, кофе, вода. В ванной комнате шампунь и гель для душа. На фото завтрак, всегда одинаковый, но можно попросить омлет и сэндвич. Варят Турецкий кофе, очень вкусный. Хорошее расположение отеля, две минуты от метро и 5 минут от трамвайной остановки. Рядом есть магазины и маркеты, а так же обменники с хорошим курсом.

Staff were extremely friendly! Abdolrahman and Yousef did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable.

We could smell cigarettes smoke in some areas of the hotel, even in the non-smoking room we booked

Очень удобная расположение отеля, рядом метро, трамвай, автобус в аэропорт! Персонал классный, завтрак простой но вкусный! Рекомендую!
