We will definitely be back!
Pros:

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Lots of food choices, great prices, the massage was excellent and affordable. Having a Lawsons convenience store on the property was a huge bonus.

Cons:

Pillows need an upgrade, to soft.

Average hotel close to the train station. Hard matress and pillows made for sore neck in morning
Pros:

The breakfast was good. Unfortunately we missed the first day, did not know there was a cut off time.

Cons:

Room higher up with a view. We were across from a constrruction site. the beds and pillows were too hard.

Pros:

Erstklassige Betreuung durch ein ausnehmend freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Wir hatten Executive Zimmer gebucht, so dass wir Zugang zur Lounge hatten, wo auch das Frühstück auf oberster Etage eingenommen wurde. Dort auch ab 17 Uhr Nachmittags G'T sowie Snacks. Im geräumigen, sauberen und Zimmer mit allen Annehmlichkeiten - auch: täglich 2 Büchsen Wasser, erstklassige Ausstattung perfekter Service.-Sehr gute Lage unweit des Kyoto-Bhfs / fussläufig. Sehr zu empfehlende Unterkunft.
