We enjoyed pur stay, conveniently located near the Kyoto station, very good value for money.
Pros:

The location, cleanliness, staff and breakfast

Cons:

They often get big crowds from cruise ship and we had a very loud family moving next-door to us, but the front desk was very accommodating and gave is a new room.

Pros:

Emplacement près de la gare et à deux pas du TeamLab.
Chambre de taille raisonnable, propre.
Le personnel est aimable.

Cons:

La chambre donnait sur le chantier de l'immeuble mitoyen... Pas de vue, pas top !
L'isolation sonore entre les chambres n'est pas efficace...

とても良かったです！
Pros:

ベッド3台のお部屋でしたが、エキストラベッドやソファベッドではなくちゃんとしたベッドでとても快適でした。
バスルームも広くて清潔でした！
チェックアウト後も荷物を預かっていただけて大変助かりました。

The location was perfect for site seeing Kyoto and the surrounding areas by train or we rented Bikes
