Pros:

The freshness smell as you enter the hotel. And restaurant staff were helpful and friendly

Cons:

Counter staff were not respectful of their guests in line and were serving those who were trying to ignore the line and just walk in. This were the locals. And when I confronted with the staff, the other guest started to argue and shout at me. His wife also came from somewhere to argue and fight with me yelling at the top of her voice and the manager and counter staff kept standing and staring. No actions were taken to de escalate the situation.

Pros:

Except the hotel room was of decent size, nothing was to be appreciated and served with sub-standard service quality.

Cons:

Housekeeping service was pathetic and so did the front desk staff. Lack of co-ordination between front desk and house keeping team in the hotel.
1) Water heater plug was not fitting in the socket
2) No arrangement of the universal adaptor to the guest (even after asking front desk of it). Guest had no choice but to buy one from the market
3) Bathroom drainage area was broken and not properly plastered (looking so ugly)
4) Toilet seat was loosely fit (misaligned)
5) Lack of adequate food items at breakfast buffet

Best hotel in the area by far.
Pros:

The air conditioning quality is 10/10. The services they provide (e.g., water rafting, massage, gym facility) was exceptional.

Cons:

The smell of the toilet was terrible at times. When we told the staff there was a smell, they came and sorted it out straight away.

Value for money only if all the above mentioned flaws are corrected. Otherwise, costly.
Pros:

Food was delicious. We had dinner and breakfast there. Choices and preparation was good. Location is very easy to access as it's on badrinath highway, and walkable distance from famous laxman jhoola ( 1km). Rooftop bar was good place to chillout in a pleasant weather. Bartender was a young boy from Rajasthan and good to talk too .Spa was good but can be improved.

Cons:

Water pressure and temperature in bathroom was medium. Whole night there were some ding ding sound from AC, may be voltage issue etc and no proper cooling, inspite of complaining about the same to reception.

from outside property needs painting
we booked 04 rooms and found two rooms slightly small in size as compared with other don't know whether team gave us worng room
