Pros:

La habitación era muy grande, el baño estaba muy bien. Super limpio todo. Las camas super cómodas. La ubicación excelente, cerca del Ganges. Desayuno variado.

Cons:

Tenía un sistema de wifi que había que conectarse cada 24 hs, de lo contrario te ofrecian opciones pagas. Lamentable en esta época y con el precio que cobran la habitación. Necesitamos hacer una llamada local por complicaciones con nuestro vuelo y nos dijeron que no se podía y no nos ofrecieron ningún tipo de ayuda al respecto.

Er is beveiliging binnen en buiten.
Restaurant heeft ook veel keuzes en vriendelijke medewerkers.
En de dak terras geweldig.

Slightly more expensive than other hotels in the area. However you do get a good range of breakfast choices and one of the very few places that serve alcohol.

Good property and ambiance but food quality and taste can be improved
Pros:

Ambiance was good. There was a big lawn, gym and pool area.

Cons:

Although there was variety of food items in breakfast buffet but taste was not that good. Should improve taste/ quality of food items.

Although they had central HVAC system but heating mode was not working but the staff provided us with oil room heater.

I and my family have enjoyed this stay very much. We liked so many things:
1-Location
2-food
3-staff politeness
4-comfortable stay
There are many things to describe but I recommend feel this yourself.
This was never happen a good without food.
We had Breakfast and dinner and the taste was really awesome, behaviour of staff was very kind. Special thanks to CHEF PARVINDER SINGH NEGI and the support serving staff MR. ANKIT, MS. SARIKA and MS. AASMA and few more in-fact all.
Chef prepared few new dished that we have never listened and tasted but those are really amazing.

Cons:

Room TV was not having Internet connection so our 6 years old son was very disappointed and so do we also. Technician connected our mobile hotspot to TV but that was only for 1 day, next day that was not connecting but we had not called them, instead we give our mobile to child. But this was not expected. Lemon Tree is a big name and this small thing is really impacting bad impression to family.

They gave us smoking rooms (we had booked 5 rooms) when we categorically booked non-smoking rooms. The rooms were smelling heavily of smoke and on requesting for a change - they denied and made various excuses.

Not a good stay
Pros:

I like the front desk support.

Cons:

Room cleanliness is not adequate, AC is not working properly, bathroom full of wet. Looks like due to high demand they compromised the basics. Not worth for money.

Pros:

Hotel Locations and Hotel Rooms and Restaurants was very Nice and clean and hygienic.

Cons:

My mother silver anklet was stolen during the cleaning.
But after so much effort by the authorities of hotels we were unable to find.

But the hotel compensated by the waving off my food bills.
And I think it’s fair cause no culprits have been caught.

Quiet spacious room with clean and big pool.
Pros:

Big spacious room, comfy bed. Quiet room not too far from the center of tapovan. I loved the pool, the evening rooftop’s aarti and the restaurant.
Breakfast could be improved. Staff at the restaurant was perfect!
