Nice cozy rooms. 5 mins drive from Zurich Airport

Cons:

Receptionist manages the breakfast herself all alone, so she's not available at reception mostly at that time, so you need to wait if you need her assistance.

Leider gefroren. Es hat lange gedauert bis das Wasser in der Dusche warm. Die Rezeptionistin sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Die Lage und die Parkmöglichkeiten.

Cons:

War bereits einmal dort und es war sehr kalt. Diesmal der Rezeption das Problem gemeldet. Sie brachte uns sogar eine Heizung ins Zimmer und erwähnt dass wir das Zimmer wechseln könnten, wenn es nicht warm wird. Das Problem ist das die Rezeption nur bis 20.Uhr vor Ort ist. Wir haben die ganze Nacht gefroren und uns sogar erkältet. Auch zwei Stunden nach dem Checkout ist die Kälte im Körper spürbar.
Was gar nicht geht, ist dass auch das Wasser der Dusche kalt war, sprich es dauerte über 5 Minuten bis es warm wurde.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Das Hotel liegt mitten in Kloten, nähe Busstationen und Eisenbahn.
Super fand ich, dass wir mitteilen konnten, ob wir die Zimmerreinigung täglich wünschen oder nicht.

War eine Nacht dort. Das Zimmer war sauber und ruhig. Sehr nahe am Flughafen.

We are frequent visitors - near airport, very clean, non-fussy rooms, frig + tea making in room, lovely, friendly, welcoming staff.

Cons:

Noise from neighbouring room (possibly / probably room.316 or room below our room - 317. Television lodly blasting until at least 03.00 a.m.
