There was no breakfast included.
We were given the fifth floor….and no elevator. Was never told this. Luckily, we were able to manage it, but as seniors, this was not acceptable. Should have been told ahead of time if the stairs were doable.
The kitchenette did not have any mugs for hot coffee or tea. There were 2 glasses…owner told me to use them. I then asked how to hold the glass with hot coffee or tea. The answer was “let it cool first”. We were there 4 nights, and I told him we wanted 2 mugs and a towel for the dishes. ( he said to use tissues for the dishes).
Pillows were the worst!
Localisation parfaite, suffisamment spacieux, séche linge et machine top.
Manque de la vaisselle, et très peu d'outils de coupe, et lit trop dur.
Great location, easy to walk to main sight seeing spots. Comfortable bed.
Small staircase is a little difficult with luggage, but that’s okay and is just Japan :)

The stairs. My sister had a difficult time with them. Her room was on the 5th floor. I felt bad for her every day.
Our room was on the first floor. A little noisy but comfortable. I didn’t have to deal with those stairs.

Overall happy but a few things to highlight: sound proof from the main door and lack of tooth brush and toothpaste as a standard set up. Rest is perfect
The apartment felt fresh and new exactly like the photographs. Good storage, big closet. Quiet location on a residential street. Comfortable bed, with enough room you could get out of either side. Opening window with a screen. Modern Japanese toilet, bath/shower unit, big refrigerator with a freezer, washing machine and umbrellas. Most supplies you’d expect (minor omissions). I’m always a little anxious about properties with remote management and automatic door code locks, but communication was good and everything worked flawlessly. Host accommodated my reservation date changes with no hassles.
The supplies provided could’ve been just a little bit better. The apartment had dish soap, but no rack, dish towel or paper towels to dry the dishes. There was a basic set of dishes and utensils, but only glasses, no mugs for tea or coffee, knife but no cutting board. Body towel and hand towel, but no bath mat. Laundry soap but no drying rack. Not super close to subway stops, but it was a pretty flat area and not difficult with rolling luggage.
Très bien situé, salle de bain bien équipée, propre. Quand même pas mal de rangement malgré la grandeur de la pièce. Lit confortable.
Manquait un peu d’équipements de cuisine mais rien de trop dérangeant (louche, grands bols)
Very good location, near Asakusa but not on the touristy street. Apartment was big (in Japanese context), had washing machine and small kitchen. Owner is very nice, was available on the WhatsApp and speak good English.
There is no elevator, so be prepared to climb up with all of your belongings. Also we heard every noise in the hall, but overall this place is very good for the price you pay.
The place is really clean and convenient. They have good enough space for our luggages to fit. There is also a nice vibe around the neighborhood. Felt really comfortable
The lack of electric sockets. I wish that they provided universal converters as well.
