Sand Dollar Villa

The A/C units were either located where they blew freezing air right on you, or they were very noisy to sleep thru. Pretty much everything else was 'ok'. It's an older unit.

Die Unterkunft selbst und das gesamte Gebäude benötigen Renovierungsarbeiten. Hölzer sind morsch und weich. Die Farbe ist an Türen abgeschlagen. Die Möbel wirken lieblos zusammengestellt - unser Couchtisch war defekt und wurde umgehend getauscht. Es war aber kein neues Möbelstück sondern kam eher vom Flohmarkt. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist mangelhaft (schmutziges Geschirr, kein Geschirrspüler, Töpfe mit zweifelhaften Rückständen, E-Herd funktioniert nur teilweise). Zwei Tassen für vier Gäste sind zu wenig.
Die Matratzen sind sehr weich für uns.

Kitchen light fluorescent would not wo4k after several days. Shower sprayed ceiling it leaked. Only one shower. This was advertised as 2 bath, was 1 and half bath. Wall in one bedroom, the paneling was all buckled. Floor in other bedroom was uneven and slanted. No dish towels, just 3 small dish cloths to dry dishes. During my first half hour there, someone took my bicycle. I eventually located it at another apartment. The people beside us tied a big black dog outside just below the steps which came up the steps barking. My husband is handicapped, so this was a dangerous situation. The booking said no pets. The furniture is Old and in some cases, falling apart. Coffee pot was filthy and would not work. We bought a new one as we were concerned about any replacement.

Great staff. There were a lot of flies in the backyard area
