Would not recommend
Pros:

I didn't like nothing. Didn't stay. When I arrived nobody was there. I had to stay in a hostel for the night and then book a new place to stay. I booked this place two weeks before travelling. I was scared when I arrived and nobody was there. Luckily I was with the taxi driver who helped me find someone else to stay

A lovely little resort to break away from the work
Pros:

We loved the location closeness to the beautiful Sindhudurg Malwan Konkan area as well as the nature sport activities at Shiroda beach as advised to us by the very helpful Manager, Amol at the property. Drinking water was available 24*7 and the property gets to see the sunrise at the door entrance and the sunset at the verandah side, speaks to clever engineering. Location is a bit far from reasonable transportation and we wish this lovely Konkan border between Goa and Maharashtra is covered by more transportation, so that well designed resorts really provide best relaxation to the tourists. Good Food was available via Zomato or at a bit walking distance.

Cons:

Overall a remote little location that's perfect it you rent a scooter/bike/car, but it's manageable by the helpful management with his tourist contacts, to the immense value for guests.

Great value, comfortable budget stay.
Pros:

Clean simple room with comfortable bed, Staff were very friendly and always up for a chat and very welcoming, located at quiet end of street so not so noisy, Water was hot in the shower, Free filtered drinking water at reception was very convenient, Great value for price and 2 star hotel.

Cons:

fly screens on windows would be a nice addition so could keep them open at night, although I never felt too hot as there was a strong overhead fan in the room.

A beautiful boutique hotel with all require amenities.
Pros:

Though the property is located just walking distance from Aramvol junction, yet it is surrounded by peaceful ambiance away from any type of pollution. The staff were very friendly giving a homely feel. They also had a in premise free parking where I could park my car.

Cons:

There could have been some more amenities such as pool table etc.
