ルートインは他のビジネスホテルと比べ居心地が良い
Pros:

最近はアメニティ類などを各部屋に置いていないビジネスホテルが増えたが、ルートインは部屋にちゃんと置いてあって便利。部屋着も他のビジネスホテルよりしっかりした仕様で着心地が良い。防音もしっかりしているような気がする

Cons:

歩いてゆける距離に飲食店が少ないので、夕食時にビールなどを飲酒する場合はやや不便。ホテルのレストランでも夕食が取れるが、メニューは限定的
