We had an excellent stay!
Pros:

Everything wqs good

Cons:

Only bad experience was The staff doesn’t like the Booking.com low fare with breakfast included, the front desk system does not match with the options given to Booking.com so they have to accommodate to it. But don’t get me wrong the personnel was very happy to help and with excellent service. Thank you!

Nice place to stay
Pros:

The hotel is perfect if you want to go to the Grand Villa stores and visit San Benito. The rooms a comfortable and spacious. The bed is really nice.

Cons:

I would like to have more water in the room, specially courtesy water.

Everyone is so polite,and friendly. . Roger went above and beyond.. Accommodations with my dog was made so I was able to go back-and-forth to the vet with her when she had a unfortunate and unexpected r medical emergency. i came to El Salvador a month ago with my husband . We stayed in a few other"hotels" but was never that safe,comfortable, relaxing feeling..
