Everyone is so polite,and friendly. . Roger went above and beyond.. Accommodations with my dog was made so I was able to go back-and-forth to the vet with her when she had a unfortunate and unexpected r medical emergency. i came to El Salvador a month ago with my husband . We stayed in a few other"hotels" but was never that safe,comfortable, relaxing feeling..

La atención de la gente de servicio. Las camas y almohadas son cómodas y se descansa bien. El hotel muy lleno sin embargo el ruido muy bien controlado.

Cons:

La limpieza. En general la habitación estába sucia y descuidada. El baño estaba sucio y tuvimos que pedir que lo limpiaran. La piscina tiene muchos tiles despegados y la orilla manchada por falta de limpieza. El agua un poco turbia.

La atención del personal y el equipo de limpieza, todos los días limpiaban y ordenaban mi habitación.

Cons:

Las piscina, podrían renovarla para que la condicione para acceso a niños y adultos mayores, tenía azulejos despegados.

Muy limpio y cómodo. Ubicación excelente para salir hacia las playas. También muy cómodo para hacer compras.

En realidad todo estuvo bien. El acceso al estacionamiento quizá podría ser mas expedito.
