hice una reserva en booking y fue mi error no reconfirmar mi necesidad, sin embargo solicite hablar con la persona encargada para que me apoyara y nunca me la comunicaron, solo la recepcionista que paso hablando por telefono y me dio una solucion de descuento de $.5.00 realmente algo ofensivo
