Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt, aber leider ohne benutzbaren Wellneesbereich !!
Pros:

Das Frühstück war gut, das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Abendmenue war auch sehr gut.

Cons:

Leider war der in dem gebuchten Hotel mitgebuchte und etwas kleine Wellneesbereich nicht nutzbar !!
Die Dunstabzugshaube der Küche war leider defekt, deshalb war es in den Zimmern 20 + 22 etwas laut zu bestimmten Zeiten.

Es war wunderschön, wir konnten total entspannen und wir würden wieder dort hinfahren.
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Unser Kind wollte zum Abendessen etwas anderes als das 3 Gänge Menü, das war überhaupt gar kein Problem. Ein wunderschöner Blick auf die Mosel und die Weinberge, das Hotel war sauber und gepflegt. Parkplätze waren vorhanden, Unterstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder auch und ein direkter Zugang zum Moselradweg. Das Hotel befindet sich direkt an der Hauptstraße, dass war anfangs etwas störend durch den Straßenlärm, aber man gewöhnte sich schnell daran.

Excellent. It could not have been better.
Pros:

Fantastic hotel with friendly staff. Breakfast and evening meals were excellent.
Ernst is a lovely village and is one of my favourites on the Mosel.

Fräscht boende med lyxig frukost.
Pros:

Härligt att sitta på balkongen och se båtarna glida fram på Mosel. Lyxig frukost. Rent och fräscht.

Cons:

Ingen AC trots att det angavs i beskrivningen. Värdinnan borde gå på charmkurs.

Heel vriendelijk personeel kamers tip top in orde altijd proper en netjes

Cons:

Geen airco zowel in de kamers als in de eetzaal het was 34 gr op de kamers echt niet te doen kon geen raam openzetten want dan zat het vol muggen , geen waterkoker op de kamer en ook geen minibar das het enige minpunt dat ik kan opnoemen voor de rest perfect

Die tolle Lage und der Fahrradkeller waren super

Cons:

Ich habe eine Minibar und einen Wasserkocher sehr vermisst. Auch das für die Sauna noch extra Gebühren anfallen war sehr schade. Die Klimaanlage war recht laut und konnte nicht ausgeschaltet werden.

Aangename plek om te zijn!
Pros:

Filla Andre ligt op een prachtige locatie, heeft erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel en het eten was erg lekker!

Cons:

Slechts een detail, de drempel van kamer naar balkon én bereikbaar van het heerlijke bad, was voor mijn zoon (afhankelijk van rolstoel) een obstakel.
