Pros:

Everything was clean, the service was great everyone is helpful there’s a bus shuttle every hour, I honestly don’t understand why it was this cheap.

Appreciated our experience at the hotel. Very friendly staff. Clean and nice rooms. The hotel's bus made it very easy as it went very often to Haram and pick up back to the hotel.

Très bon hôtel
Pros:

Le personnel est incroyablement gentil et serviable très a l'écoute tout spécialement Abeer qui nous a accueilli très chaleureusement. L'hôtel était très facile d'accès particulièrement pour ma mère aveugle qui se déplace difficilement. Notre séjour était agréable.

The responsible persons at reception are good, and cooperative,,, but.. Only two persons seen fr the whole duration.. One worker and his assistant, the worker is the one who cleaned toilets, sinks, collected used towels, emptied waste bins, put new bags inside waste bins,supplied tea, coffee, new towels, waters,, with the same hands used fr cleaning,, no gloves,, no hygiene,, no concern with sanitation and hygiene conditions..... Late response fr calls at room services and house keeping..

The bus driver was busy with his mobile during driving, No care with other cars' drivers arround him..!!

Really enjoyed the friendliness of the staff, convenience for groceries (there is a grocery store right across although the prices are high), a shuttle bus that comes every 40 minutes to take you to a transfer point for the Haram.

Breakfast could use improvement but the dine-in menu for room service is very good!

Overall I was very impressed by the amenities and facilities (gym and a very well build mosque inside). They are extremely welcoming and available to tend to your every need.

Other than the check in lady . Tried to collect upfront even though it was paid in full. She was trying to collect a the money again. Also was rude abit. Else everything was good and quiet
