good, I would do it again. I would recommend
Pros:

I liked the room, even though it was small. It was very nice. The price the area was alright as well.

Cons:

just the other tenants making comments and being really loud and rude and guarding the kitchen

Pros:

Friendly people, they don't bother the guests everyone minding their own business, but there to help if needed. I stayed at the hottest days but my room was cool. I didn't ask for a fan, so I don't know whether they provide or not. Kitchen very clean and tidy, although I didn't cook as the weather was too hot for me just occasional cup of tea. The shower is great as well.
I would say the place is good value for your money.

Cons:

For me, I was comfortable the way it was although the curtains needs fixing
