I was clean, calm and quiet.
Pros:

The instructions for the self check in was clear and I required no assistance. The space was exceptionally clean, quiet and comfortable.

Cons:

Only thing I didn’t like were the floors but it was not an issue at all

Great value for money in Plumstead
Pros:

I booked this room for my mother who came to visit me from abroad, it’s as described in the photos, private, clean and quiet. For anyone lacking space for visitors, can be a good option. We are likely to use again in the future. Smooth check in process with a code, there was virtually no interaction with the host.

Cons:

The property and decor overall is dated and tired, there is old carpet and uneven floors underneath. The fridge in the room freezes everything. However, this is reflected on the price which is fair for what you get.

Smell of mould&damp was very strong

The bed was comftble

Cons:

It was dirty and there was a very heavy smell of mould and I saw bits of mould next to the bed so it really flared up my allergies and made me not sleep well

Great value for money, would definitely stay again

Quiet, convenient, bus a few doors up, bed was really comfi, en suite was handy

Whole house needs a facelift. Holes, cracks and poor workmanship all over. Carpets are extremely old - it’s cheap for a reason
