Muito bem receptivo...
I booked this property for my visitors. Thanks only one reason to book this room is closer to where I live.
No suggestions because I see this is just business.
Gutes Preis/Leistungs Verhältnis
Dusche hat nicht richtig funktioniert, kein Toilettenpapier, nur eine Decke
Friendly people, they don't bother the guests everyone minding their own business, but there to help if needed. I stayed at the hottest days but my room was cool. I didn't ask for a fan, so I don't know whether they provide or not. Kitchen very clean and tidy, although I didn't cook as the weather was too hot for me just occasional cup of tea. The shower is great as well.
I would say the place is good value for your money.
For me, I was comfortable the way it was although the curtains needs fixing
The location is very easy to get to (the 53 and 291 bus drop right around the corner). The room I stayed in (with the bath) had a very comfy bed and access to the facilities (washer/dryer and kitchen) was helpful for my longer stay.
Only one of the windows opened, which was not very helpful in the heat wave. Some sign of wear and tear generally but that didn't necessarily take away from the stay.
The place was fairly clean. And the beds were well made with hopefully washed sheets. The bathrooms were clean.
The room didn't look like what was shown in the pictures. The area was a bit shady with worn down houses. It was my first time in London so I don't know if I should've expected something else. The house was also quite dingy and old. The furniture in the room was all old and worn down. I had a total different impression looking at the pictures and reviews.
