Pros:

Amazing staff, a great off-the-beaten-track location, clean and comfortable rooms, and extraordinary breakfast and food in the restaurant. Simply put — everything was outstanding. We’d come back in a heartbeat!

Cons:

That we did not book it for more time...:) nothing to criticize, really.

Luxe calme et relaxation !
Pros:

La vue de l’hôtel sur la mer est incroyable ! Le bruit des vagues et l’environnement est très paisible. L’hotel est très beau, la décoration est très soignée et la chambre très spacieuse. Il est très facile de se détendre sur la terrace en regardant la mer et en écoutant les vagues. Le personnel est charmant et très avenant. La nourriture était très bonne aussi. Je recommande à 100% si vous avez besoin d’une étape paisible pour vous relaxer !

Paradise with a view and served like kings
Pros:

Very friendly personnel. It’s clear their job is to make sure the guests enjoy their stay. For example Putri from front office arranged everything we needed, and always with a smile. The view is stunning, rooms are clean and big, massage was perfect and even the hotel manager personally follows up and came to welcome us.

Cons:

Quite far away from shops and restaurants but food in restaurant of hotel was also good. However, although very friendly, they could gain Some experience in the restaurant. Plates not always served at the same time for the 4 of us, once had spring rolls still frozen inside (which they immediately replaced and with appologies), salt & pepper not standard on table,… Just little things I’m sharing to let improve this magnificent hotel even more.

Thank you so much to this hotel for an incredible experience. It's a paradise by the ocean. Quiet, beautiful, and the breakfasts were delicious. Thank you so much for the service—it was top-notch.

Cons:

Managers Putri and Yuda checked us in early, right on my birthday, when we arrived early. This helped make my birthday unforgettable. Manager Yuda really delighted us with his hospitality; he didn't let us carry our bags ourselves and was very attentive.
