Por mejorar
Pros:

El personal, en su mayoria, es muy amable y atento, Miguel en recepción y Ruth en restaurante un trabajo extraordinario.

Cons:

La limpieza de la habitación, había polvo y los baños tenian mal olor, no hay teléfonos en habitaciones, cualquier cosa hay que ir a recepción directamente, su sistema en elevador no es funcional, hay áreas que necesitan mantenimiento y zonas muy oscuras.

Que el personal es amable y atentos

Cons:

El desayuno tuvo costo extra y aunque lo pagamos, me pareció un buffet limitado. Había frutas de mano falsas ( de plastico) en la barra.
