Pros:

Ho trovato l'appartamento che abbiamo occupato molto confortevole, ben organizzato, pulito ed in una posizione molto comoda per raggiungere sia la spiaggia che il centro. La struttura è nuova ed ogni cosa perfettamente funzionante, compresi gli elettrodomestici.

Cons:

Purtroppo ho trovato alcuni asciugamani e una parte della biancheria per il letto macchiati e quindi non adeguatamente puliti. Mi dispiace perchè è stato l'unico inconveniente della nostra vacanza.

Pros:

Gentilezza dello staff, all'arrivo abbiamo avuto un disguido sulla prenotazione ma il direttore si è attivato al meglio per risolvere l'inconveniente.
Il residence è a due passi dal mare e da viale dante, zona tranquilla, e di di fianco si trova un buon bar per colazioni ed aperitivi

Perfect new modern apartment, enjoyed our stay here and I would recommend it!
Pros:

New and modern residence with completely new interior in apartment. Everything is new, the apt has all the needed appliances to live, the kitchen has cutleries, plates and so on.
IT HAS SEPARATED AND SILENT AIR CONDITIONERS IN LIVING RROM AND IN BEDROOM. That’s really nice. You can get to the beach in 5 mins walking. Everything was perfect.
There is one parking space exactly near the door of the residence. The others are in ~400m, so we were lucky to get parking place on spot and it was super convenient.

Cons:

Nothing to complain. If you prefer to sleep with open windows it can be a bit noisy from the street In the morning/by evenings. But windows has good soundproofing and it’s enough to close them and enjoy sleeping.
Floor was a bit cold for me(my feet), just don’t forget your sleepers.

Located near the Beach & Supermarkets -

Good Restaurants and Coffee Shops around, same with Doctor and Hairdresser

I stay here one more time if I visit Riccione
Pros:

1. Super friendly, kind and responsive team, they help each time when we had questions or any issues
2. Location! Close to the sea, grocery shop, cafes & restaurants, baby playground with carousels, 15 min to Marina and center
3. Apartments clean, new, you have everything you need, if you leave on the 1st floor you have pretty small yard
