Помешкання було дуже чистим, новий ремонт, меблі, зручні матраси, весь необхідний посуд є на кухні. Все точно, як на фото! Апартаменти знаходяться дуже близько до моря, поруч ресторани, бари, магазини.
Все сподобалось.
Замечательный комплекс апартаментов
1) расположен в хорошем месте, рядом много кофеен, ресторанов, магазинов, в пешей доступности есть аптека;
2) в самих апартаментах очень чисто, свежий ремонт, приятное белье и полотенца, отлично работающий душ и хороший напор воды, есть все необходимое для быта (кухня с посудой для еды и готовки, стиральная/ посудомоечная машины, сушилка на улице), отличная шумоизоляция;
за неделю проживания стали чувствовать себя как дома - не знаю даже, что еще можно было пожелать;
3) Риччоне - прекрасен; пляж и прогулочные зоны очень близко к апартаментам, но и не под окнами.
Планируем вернуться через год и остановиться тут же

La nostra prenotazione era per 4 persone ma quando siamo arrivati nell'appartamento verso le 23.00 i letti erano preparati solo per 3 e mancavano le lenzuola per il quarto letto. Ho provato a chiamare il numero di riferimento ma nessuno mi ha risposto quindi abbiamo utilizzato una coperta di fortuna trovata nell'armadio per quella notte. L'indomani mattina l'ho fatto presente alla reception i quali mi hanno risposto che avrebbero provveduto a farci trovare pronto la sera ma ci hanno colpevolizzato del fatto che noi non eravamo stati in grado di aprire il divano letto. Cosa assolutamente non vera perché abbiamo cercato soluzioni in tutti i modi.

Alcuni interruttori non accendono nulla, una presa di corrente non funzionava, potrebbe essere utile aggiungere una luce per lo specchio del bagno

Il bilocale è molto spazioso, tutte i locali hanno la finestra, il terrazzo è ampio e comodo, il soggiorno cucina è molto ampio, gli spazi sono ben sfruttati

Ho trovato l'appartamento che abbiamo occupato molto confortevole, ben organizzato, pulito ed in una posizione molto comoda per raggiungere sia la spiaggia che il centro. La struttura è nuova ed ogni cosa perfettamente funzionante, compresi gli elettrodomestici.
Purtroppo ho trovato alcuni asciugamani e una parte della biancheria per il letto macchiati e quindi non adeguatamente puliti. Mi dispiace perchè è stato l'unico inconveniente della nostra vacanza.
Gentilezza dello staff, all'arrivo abbiamo avuto un disguido sulla prenotazione ma il direttore si è attivato al meglio per risolvere l'inconveniente.
Il residence è a due passi dal mare e da viale dante, zona tranquilla, e di di fianco si trova un buon bar per colazioni ed aperitivi
