Pros:

Was in a great location very close to ski flield. The manager was very friendly and helpful. Was a great place to stay. Thank you!

Eggs, hash browns, sausages in the morning to give me full power for the day. Best place on the mountain.
Pros:

It’s amazing proximity to the best ski field in Hakuba, literally a walk down the road to a convenience store, great ramen down the road if you don’t want the dinner they provide which is extra. Rentals down the road, pizza down the road!!! It doesn’t get any better with your own room shower and toilet.

Cons:

Nothing…. Nothing at all. Staff are amazing breaky was amazing even for an Aussie.

Atención exquisita!!!
Pros:

La amabilidad de todo el personal, nos pusieron en una habitación superior sin solicitarlo, la dueña nos llevó al autobus a nuestra partida para que no fueramos cargadas con las maletas.
Es muy fácil y cómodo alquilar los esquís allí.
De verdad te hacen sentir bienvenido en todo momento.

Great comfortable lodge style ski accommodation.
Pros:

Great access to the slopes at Tsugaike. Room was spacious and comfortable. Very good quality lodge style accommodation. Staff super friendly and helpful. Really lovely breakfast staff. Great facilities with drying room and vending machines. The breakfast was REALLY nice with a wide range of choices western or Japanese each day plus fruit, pastries etc.

Cons:

Bit of a hill to drag the bags up. I should have communicated earlier with the manager as she can pick up.

Amazing place to stay, great hosts, great price. Would stay again!
Pros:

Staff was amazing and very accommodating. The location was so close to Tsugaike Kogen Ski Resort. We were able to walk across the street to the run and ski down to the base. Really enjoyed our stay there!

Cons:

WiFi could be a little bit better. Gets slow at peak times (when everyone comes back from the slopes). Also walking from Tsugaike bus drop off is uphill so a little challenging with a lot of ski/snowboard gear.

Amazing Traditional Japanese Stay at Hakuba!
Pros:

I loved the traditional japanese room, the onsen, how close it was to the ski lift and how friendly and helpful the staff were. The breakfast was delicious and warm each morning. The ski hire at the property was so convenient and the boot dryer was so useful! The onsen is tattoo friendly!

Cons:

My partner struggled to find a time where the male onsen wasn't full in the evening. (but the womans' was fine for me, I had plenty of time on my own).
The hair dryer in the female bathroom is quite weak and it takes a while to dry your hair. Internet connection was slow. But these are such minor points, we loved our stay at Hakuba King!!

I would happily stay here again!
Pros:

Location is great. The bedding was very comfortable. Nice to have a private toilet. Forced air heating in the room dries ski gear nicely. Breakfast every morning was very good.

Cons:

No negatives worth mentioning.

Pros:

Fantastic location. Very helpful and pleasant staff. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast is simple but adequate.
