Pathetic
Cons:

They cancelled my booking even when I had paid 30% in advance. Did not even have the courtesy to inform me beforehand. Horrible customer service standards. Never going to recommend to anyone. Why give the option to reserve when you don't know what it means.... Now my money is stuck and I don't know when I'll get the refund.

Best one property for business person

The rooms quality is good , on reasonable tariff , i had visited at Varanasi for my business trip , i selected the property, property is on road , and great amenities
