Pros:

Boa estrutura. Equipe em alguns momentos desorganizada, mas sempre cordiais e solícitos, que é o mais importante. Café da manhã bom, não é excepcional, mas é bom. Quarto confortável, muito espaçoso.

Cons:

Não tivemos nenhum revés, mas tem apenas pontos que merecem ser ditos e talvez podem ser pontos de melhoria:
A cozinha do flat não chega a ser uma cozinha, mas apenas a bancada com pia e frigobar, sem fogão, microondas/forno e utensílios de cozinha. Para nós não foi necessário, mas é apenas uma indicação que pode ser importante para outras pessoas que buscam "flat".
Além disso, o apartamento poderia ter um sofá-cama ou cama de solteiro na sala ao invés do sofá tradicional.
Por fim, o custo-benefício não é tão bom assim, mas aparentemente hospedagem em Cuiabá não é barata, pelo menos não nas datas em que fomos.

Café da manhã em local pequeno e um pouco mal ventilado, poucas opções de comida também, contudo, tudo bem fresco e gostoso.
