Najlepszy hotel w mieście.
Pros:

Wspaniały personel. Ludzie przyjaźni, otwarci i chętni aby Ci pomóc. Najprzyjemniejsze, że nie jest to wytrenowany nawyk, ale zwykła życzliwość tych ludzi.

Bed and room very comfy. Well maintained

Cons:

Since I checked out earlier than I was booked for
I was supposed to checkout 17th Nov.
But circumstances that was beyond my control forced me to leave Eldoret.
And Eka hotel refuses to refund me.
In a case like this, you could reason
a bit different from your side .
This is not a big sum of money for your company. Maybe show goodwill and good publicity. Will be good PR aswell
Then maybe you could come to the conclusion that paying the refund is good publicity for the hotel.
When another guest get caught up in same situation that's not due to their own doing, then I think there will come many good things your way , due to how you handle these situations in a human way.
Please think it over and see if you reason in a human way and pay out the refund.
