Disappointing
Pros:

poor service , TV was not operative , no Drinking water , no room service like breakfast /food etc

Very Very Bad
Pros:

During booking it has been shown that the 24hr checkin, however, after reaching there, they said it shall be 12hr is the checkin time and charged 2 days amount, the rooms, beds are very bad in conditions, cockroaches are everywhere, no cleanliness in and around the rooms, no amenities provided as per published.

Cons:

Rooms, old furniture, bed bugs, cockroaches, bedsheets, and covers are very dirty; the towel was in very bad condition, and the room is not in clean conditions. Staff was not cooperating for any discussions.

BOOKING.COM is NOT TRUSTWORTHY. AVOID.
Pros:

Actually The Property is under renovation due to change in ownership. So, the blame of my very unpleasant stay goes to BOOKING.COM and not to the property. It seems that BOOKING.COM is taking on board any damn property, without carrying out proper assessment and investigation. There was no Geyser in the room, even bathroom door did not have lock,
no kettle, no crockery, torn upholstery, dirty linens, no kitchen/panrty/food.
In short, nobody should stay in this hotel for next 1 year, till the renovation gets completed and hotel starts functioning.
Also, nobody should trust booking.com for hotel bookings. It is a useless and fraud company.
I stayed in this hotel on 18th Night and had to rush out next day due to such situation.
Staff was cooperative but what they could do, if management is not serious and attentive. Hell with booking.com
