Pros:

Sehr sehr liebe Familie, außerordentlich günstige und saubere Hostelzimmer, gute Motorräder zum Ausleihen. War 6 Tage mit einem Motorrad unterwegs (man bekommt hier auch 50cc Motorräder, für die man KEINEN Führerschein braucht: wurde 2x kontrolliert und es war kein Problem). Nachdem ich zurück war, wurde ich sehr herzlich empfangen und mir wurde ein ganzer Obstkorb und traditioneller Kuchen geschenkt! Sehr zu empfehlen!

Excellent service!
Pros:

The room was comfortable and the hosts were very friendly, helpful and generous. They answered all our questions thoroughly and shared lots of good information about the surrounding area. Their motorbike rental service was also great. They have a good range of bikes that are well maintained and equipped with everything you need. The rental also included additional safety gear (knee and shin protection) which made us feel more confident for longer and more challenging riding. Before choosing a bike we could test ride each of them to find the best fit. Finally, they were super flexible with the return timing. Thank you so much! Look forward to coming back in the future.

Lovely homestay in a great location
Pros:

It was a lovely homestay. The staff were very kind and helpful. Very lovely family. The location was perfect.

Cons:

There were two queens beds and one of the beds was quite hard but there were two beds so this was not a problem. The bathroom also had a slight smell but it may have just been the timing that we were there

Lovely family - so welcoming. Room is great. Well located and very clean! Very spacious. We extended our stay and would definitely recommend staying!

Superb
Pros:

Yen and Linh are wonderful people! Really helpful and heartwarming! They helped me getting my bus to Sapa, letting me try out a scooter before i went off to the loop and even a very early checkin was possible. All in all I can highly recommend this homestay.
The bike I rented for four days also is in good condition.
