Sehr freundliches Personal. Alle waren sehr bemüht und zuvorkommend.
Die Außenanlage (Bepflanzung, Rasenflächen) ist sehr schön angelegt und gepflegt.
Das Bett war bequem, die Zimmer haben eine gute Größe und einen schönen Balkon. Der Pool hat eine gute Größe, Liegen, Sonnenschirme und Handtücher sind vorhanden.
Das Hotel liegt ca. 20 Minuten von Ramnagar entfernt mitten in der Natur.

Cons:

Vorab: Die Bewertung erfolgt aus europäischer Sicht.

Zwischenzeitlich war es sehr laut. Gäste hatten ihre Musikbox dabei und beschallten damit stundenlang bis zum Abendessen die ganze Anlage. Erst auf Nachfrage beim Personal wurde diese ausgestellt - allerdings nur bis zum nächsten Mittag.
Das größte Defizit ist die Sauberkeit. Vor Bezug des Zimmers haben wir sogar darum gebeten, den Boden nochmals zu wischen, da dieser auf den ersten Blick schon nicht sauber wirkte. Leider hat dies nicht viel geändert. Der Fußboden blieb klebrig und dreckig. Ablagen waren nicht abgewischt, das Bad nur oberflächlich sauber. Auch Handtücher und Bettwäsche haben schon bessere Zeiten erlebt.
Die Poolumrandung gehört dringend instand gesetzt, auch das Poolwasser wirkte etwas trüb (obwohl er morgens gereinigt wurde).
Schade, den eigentlich hätte die Anlage wirklich viel Potential.
