Sehr gute Unterkunft mit freundlichen Personal
Pros:

Mit unserem ersten Zimmer waren wir nicht zufrieden. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit zwei Betten bestellt, es war nur eines. Aber das Schlimmste war, dass die Klimaanlage nicht ging.
Und jetzt das Gute. Wir sind in ein neues Zimmer gezogen , dort hat alles funktioniert. Der Mann vom Roomservice hat uns sogar geholfen bein Umziehen.

Pros:

Wir hatten ein Upgrade. Das Zimmer war komfortabel. Zwei Schlafzimmer. Das Personal ist fast immer freundlich.
In diesem Zimmer waren wir nur eine Nacht.

Cons:

Der Fön war mit einem europäischen Stecker, was nicht zum Zimmer gepasst hat.

Cons:

this is my 2nd stayed. during the first one everything was fine but this time is quite disaster. They have 4 lift , but only ONE IS FUCTIONING. during the day of checked out, i have to carry all my bags and use the stairs instead since i had been waiting for the lify all most 30 minutes, it was so tiring since my room is on the 4th floor and the stairs are also confusing. Theres also a few more guest that also wanted to checked out also follow us due too long waiting.

Overall room is good (just the floor a bit...) Suggest to give instructions on how to get there
Pros:

The location is good. But very hard to find the parking as the Empire City is so big. The premise did not give us instructions until we whatsapp them to ask when we get lost.

Cons:

No clear instructions were given ahead before arrival. After asking only send us video on parking etc. Even that video also lead us to the wrong lift entrance that we cannot enter without access card.

The room was spacious and clean..
The room colour with interior design was cozy and modern..
