Pros:

Il personale è stato molto gentile, ci ha dato tutte le indicazioni per il parcheggio, per visitare smirne e per la colazione nei paraggi. La camera è grande. é possibile ricevere il delivery per pranzi e cene. La zona è comoda ed è sicura.

Dobrze położony hotel, blisko do centrum i tramwaju. Bardzo przyjazna i pomocna obsługa. Pokoje i łazienki czyste, klimatyzacja działała, łóżka wygodne. Cena bardzo przystępna.

Cons:

Hotel ma już swoje lata i to widać. Internet dość słabo działał, szczególnie gdy kilka osób cos oglądało.

Ein großes Familienzimmer und ausgesprochen freundliche Mitarbeiter, allerdings nicht sauber.
Pros:

Die Mitarbeiter waren durchweg sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam und haben uns bei Fragen jederzeit weitergeholfen. Unser Familienzimmer war sehr groß und geräumig und mit einem Doppelbett, zwei Einzelbetten, Tisch und Stühlen sowie einem Fernseher gut ausgestattet. Auch die Klimaanlage hat einwandfrei funktioniert und insgesamt war das Zimmer auf den ersten Blick ordentlich und angenehm.

Cons:

Leider war die Sauberkeit nicht so gut, wie wir es erwartet hätten. Besonders die Toilette hatte einen sehr unangenehmen und starken Geruch, und unter den Betten wurde offenbar nicht regelmäßig gereinigt - dort haben wir unter anderem noch eine leere Trinkflasche gefunden. Auch die Lage war für uns eher ungünstig, da viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und Ziele nur mit dem Auto und teilweise mit einer Fahrzeit von mindestens 30 Minuten erreichbar waren.

Thanks Onur for all you did to make our stay such a great experience. We will definitively come back.
Pros:

The hotel hs everything what is needed - fridge, Air condition, big room, quiet, comfortable bed. It is clean and everything is working well. The park with a super running pathway under shadow trees is in walking distance of 5 min. The pathway is about 20 min for jogging and takes you around the park. Taxis are easy to get in the area around. It takes 10 min to the port and the big bazar. I have hardly seen such a warm and friendly hotel staff. We can recommend this hotel warmly due to its fair price and super friendly staff.
