The staffs are good and friendly, the room services are nice and reasonable. There is a international outlet around the table and outlets beside the bed. The hotel is near to Grand Indonesia shopping mall and a few convenience stores, which is good that you can take a walk or dining.
There is no hair dryer as stated but I did not realized before arriving to the hotel, which was a big problem for me. The quality of the shampoo was poor, causing my hair very dry and uncomfortable after using it. There were two single beds in the room I stayed, one of the pillows had a strange sweet smell, not sure was the detergent or they did not clean the linen properly. The fridge in the room was not working, the image quality of the TV was very poor, and the connection of the WIFI was sometimes good sometimes bad. The shower had a poor water flow, which you will find puddle after you shower.
The walls were thin, which you could hear conversations or sound of the TV from the next room. The elevator was loud which you could hear the sound of it working in the room. There is a mosque nearby, so you would hear them pray from early morning, around 4am to 5 am.

For me personally the location was not perfect. Rather far away from interesting sight seeing places in the old town. But therefore the price is very good for this luxurious hotel.
Room is clean. Location is 8 min walking to best malls
.Sound isolation is bad I could hear the other room mobile ring. They have not accepted wife or visa payment they want cash. I booked 3 rooms one of the rooms AC is hot. They said will call our Engineer then just ignore me. I booked couple massage. They had only one employee doing the massage . Breakfast was the worst. Tea and coffee taste so light like water. Even the omelette tastes bad and no fresh coking .

Wifi is not working properly and this is clearly something that has not been an isolated issue as reading comments from other customers they have also complained about that. You cannot advertise free WiFi if you do not have a proper network. It keeps disconnecting so, if you need to work, it is almost impossible to do it.
Hot water stops every 10 seconds and comes back again, and then stops again etc...they should look at the boilers as well.
