Very bad experience would never book it
Pros:

Only staff mature, but this has to be good to composite everything

Cons:

I would have given it negative number but unfortunately booking.com don’t have option. Don’t go with the app shows pictures. The rooms are smaller than a suitcase as well. You can also stretch ur hand, if you do you will touch both side walls. Regarding washrooms, it’s like train washroom, can’t take shower properly as u have to sit on dumping pot to do so. I think is a capsule hotel which they r naming it as Banaras hotel

Staff is so helpful but everything come to how comfortable ur .. bedsheets were not clean , u need to ask 100 times to get stuff like water or towels

Location is good but still we can get better options in this price
Pros:

The best part is location if you just want to visit temple and ghats this property is in the perfect location for that

Cons:

Bathroom was very bad also it was choked which was never resolved after several try’s from hotel management also kitchen is not there in hotel and they provide food from saffron which is costly

Pros:

Rooms are comfortable. Good bed. Nice light in bathroom. Great location.

Cons:

Had to change rooms late night because there were 'security reasons' for it. All guests from the rooms with windows facing main street needed to go to other room, me also.
I got a smaller room with smaller bathroom. Hotel staff could'nt or did'nt tell what the security reason was.

Have potential,but need time and investment to be good.
Pros:

Location was great,room was on the cleaner side.Staff were helpful.

Cons:

Found cockroaches twice both times on bed.Lift stopped working on third day,we have to climb up to 2nd floor each time,while keep telling it will run in an hour.

Pros:

The hotel was a new property, so clean no doubt. The staff and room boys were friendly and helpful.

We reached very early in the morning but the staff in the hotel were very kind to check us in at early hours. Very considerate.

The hotel is right at the Godowlia chowk, which is very close to the temple and Dasahwamedh ghat.

Cons:

The rooms were too small, did not have any windows so felt very stuffy if air conditioning was not on. Given that it was winter time we could not keep the AC on for long so felt very suffocated.

There were frequent power outages and the back up power generators took long to kick in, so we had to be in the dark for prolonged times.

No breakfast provisions although in the advertisement they mentioned the possibility to get breakfast onsite.

The staff are all untrained in hospitality sector, therefore the service obtained was very poor. Typical of such hotels in India. This hotel is definitely not value for money. The rooms are way overpriced for the size you get. Also much better options would be available at this price elsewhere which include excellent breakfast menu as well.

The location is very close to Godowlia chowk, which has crazy traffic all day long, therefore it's a nightmare to get Uber/Ola cabs as no taxi driver is willing to get stuck in such traffic.

Centrally located and friendly staff.
Pros:

Restaurant yet to be started(new property). Partially functional.

Cons:

Cleanliness can be improved especially water flow in the way room.
