Pros:

The room was nice, but very small.

Cons:

The breakfast was AWFUL, stale bread, fruit look liked it had been out for days.

Great location with a good breakfast, room and bathroom need more care.
Pros:

Wonderful location on the main strip of Ella leaving you in walking distance of all your shops and eateries. Had a good selection at breakfast to choose from.

Cons:

Paint on the wall had come off as if exposed to water which gave the room a grubby appearance. Small ants in the bathroom coming from an open vent rather than an extractor fan, meant you did not want to leave your toiletries out.

Nice hotel right in the centre of the action… Very friendly and helpful staff especially Saragelh who was always very welcoming.

Cons:

Music at the front of the coffee lounge area didn’t seem appropriate for the guests who were there… Full bangers !?! Need more chilled stuff..

Great location if staying in Ella
Pros:

Great hotel, slap bang in the middle of the high street in Ella. So many bars & restaurants to chose from! Not far from the train station which is why we booked it. Staff were friendly & helpful & there was a rooftop pool too.

Pros:

We have been there for 3 days.
Ajey from the reception was perfect and really nice person, he was always caring about us and make sure everything is going well.
The location is good but there is a bit noise from the street.
The bad wasn't comfortable.

Fantastisch ontbijt, kamers met achterstallig onderhoud
Pros:

De locatie. Die is absoluut voortreffelijk, midden in het centrum van Ella.
En het personeel, wat ontzettend service gericht is en hun uiterste best doet voor je.
Mano en Lahiru zorgen voor een voortreffelijk ontbijt, en zorgen dat het je aan werkelijk niets ontbreekt.

Cons:

Je wordt ontvangen als een vorst, in een prachtige lobby. Het onderhoud is echter een punt. We hadden dit hotel met name geboekt omdat we graag een zwembad wilden. Dat lag er niet erg schoon bij, want er dreven veel bladeren in. Onze eerste kamer had een niet- werkende airco, waarop we na aandringen die dag nog een andere kamer kregen. Daar hing een typische schimmel- lucht in de badkamer, en zag je ook schimmel plekken. Ook de airco op deze kamer deed het slecht, en na 2 nachten bleek deze heel erg te lekken. Dat werd diezelfde dag wel opgelost, maar van de 3 nachten hadden we dus maar 1 nacht een goed werkende airco.
Jammer! Je betaalt flink wat voor, wat ons betreft, veel “window dressing “.

New hotel with great staff
Pros:

The hotel is new, the rooms are spacious and comfortable.
The rooftop pool is nice with a good view of Ella Rock.
The staff are wonderfull, and were available to help with everything I needed.
Especially Ajey helped me feel welcome and gave me his personal phone number to communicate comfortably if I need anything. And even helped me find a room when I wanted to stay longer and the hotel was fully booked.
