Pros:

Rooms were so clean and the interiors through out the looks very trendy, latest model, and their breakfast section staff, and the night shift guys were so helpful, day staff i didnt see much as most of our day time was outside, so overall they are friendly and made our holiday feel like at home. Thanks tp them

فقط موقعه قريب من محطة قطار وباصات ووسط البلد

Cons:

الغرف مساحاتها صغيره جدااا
نحن عائلة مكونه من طفلين العدد 4 يوجد بالغرفة سريرين مزدوجين بجانب بعضهم وحمام فقط هذا كل محتوى الغرفه
والغرف الكبيره على الروووف والوضع غير مطمئن في الليل
لا انصح به ابدا ممكن ان يكون جيد لشخصين فقط بدون اطفال

Dès qu’on a besoin ils sont à l’écoute et hyper réactif et attentionné
Le personnel gentil surtout une dame en particulier je n’ai pas retenu son nom.

Handy to tram line and great breakfast

Superior rooms are very close to main road which is quite noisy all night. As a heavy sleeper I was fine but light sleepers would have problems with this

Herhaling zou het niet worden.

Het kamer was mooi met tuin

Cons:

Er waren heel veel mieren in de kamer. Er was zoveel geluid van de openbare weg. Ik wil het niet slecht maken maar leek alsof er in de nacht een vliegtuig was neergestort terwijl het een auto uitlaat was islotatie was niet goed. Ik kom zelf uit Nederland er was een een andere gast die ook Nederland was die naast mij een kamer had of boven hij ging net voor mijn vertrek 04:00 keihard nog Nederlands praten.

Un séjours qui avait tout pour être parfait mais entaché par des petits détails
Pros:

L’établissement est très classes, plutôt bien situé (pas loins du centre ville, tram juste à côté), manageur à l’écoute, petit dej ok, et plat plutôt bon(dessert excellent), la chambre était très belle et bien équipé et lumineuse, douche très grande, petite précision nous avons pris la meilleur des chambre avec terrasse et jacuzzi.

Cons:

Propreté de la chambre(même si le manageur a fais le nécessaire pour y remédier), certain membre du personnel ne parle pas du tout anglais et ne veulent pas faire l’effort d’être compris ou de comprendre,
Un sifflement continue est venu gâché 2 de nos nuits, et malgré nos plaintes c’est seulement au bout de du 3 ieme jours qu’ils ont réagis.
