L'accueil et le personnel, la chambre était très confortable.
Il n'y a pas de débarcadère ce qui rends l'accès en voiture plus difficile.

Convenient for metro/trains/bus and ferry. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Easy to reach tourists spots.
Unlike other reviews I’m afraid some staff were not friendly and looked very miserable. Breakfast could have been more imaginative as very sparse
This hotel was the perfect location for us. We were able to walk, Bolt, and even take the train from the station nearby. Our room was cozy and had a little patio that we would enjoy the complimentary wine from each afternoon. The staff was cheerful and helpful to make dinner recommendations or suggest routes to get to attractions. The breakfast area was so cute and there were lots of options. We would definitely recommend this place to all our friends.
We loved it all!
The hotel tooped off our highest expectations. It's perfectly located in the heart of Lisbon, still the street is rather quite and the area not overly touristic (except for Timeout Market). There are lots of cool restaurants and bars really close by and pretty nice little square with a cathedral where you can have a chilled evening.
The hotel itself is plain stunning. The interior is incredibly tasteful, very individual and features lots of art and stunning paintings. I'd say it belongs to the top 3 hotels I've ever been to when it comes to interior and location. The room had a good size, the staff was super kind as well, so I'd always come back.
Well, the breakfast wasn't overly great (the fresh Omlettes were pretty nice though), but that's just a minor complaint. The hotel is surrounded by great breakfast spots, that are a good option, when you want more variety.

la struttura, pur essendo in una zona animata della città, è tranquilla. Staff molto cordiale. Vicinanza al centro e allo snodo del Cas de Sobre per i trasporti pubblici. Da lì è possibile raggiungere comodamente ogni parte della città. Do il 9 per la cortesia e la volontà di soddisfare il cliente.
Il bagno della mia stanza ( una superior), pur essendo ordinato e pulito, era veramente piccolo. Molto, molto piccolo.
Anche la colazione potrebbe essere migliorata.
Central location, spotlessly clean, great air conditioning, close to the train station, lovely simple breakfast (small selection but everything was delicious!), welcoming staff.
No real hanging space for clothes - just a peg hook on the wall.

Upon arrival we were greeted by a friendly member of staff. The property was clean, modern and the room was a great size. It was in a great location, right next to the Time Out market and opposite the terminal for the ferry.
