موظفين الاستقبال يحتاجون دورة في استقبال السياح والترحيب بهم باستناء اثنين كانوا جيدين حتى التكييف اكلمهم اقول حار افتحوا لي البارد يقولون هذا سستم الفندق يشعرونك انك ساكن على حسابهم او في بيوتهم والفطور اقل من عادي

المكان حلو بوجوده بالقرب من البحر
نظافة الغرف والمكان ممتازه

Cons:

بالبداية كانت نظرتي لهم 10/10 ولكن وقت الخروج اخلاقهم جداً سيئة تعامل كأنك ساكن عندهم ببلاش ما كأنك كنت ضيف ودافع عندهم ولا يهمهم اذا بترجع لهم مره ثانيه او لا. ويوجد بجانب الفندق ورشة سيارات وازعاج منها في الصباح والمصاعد متهالكه ومغسلة اليدين لا يوجد فيها ماء حار مجرد ماء بارد
الافطار مكرر ومتواضع جدا جداً

Overall, it has good location and nice staff. But the breakfast food was not good it lacks variety and rooms were small

Location was got, next to the high, close to many shops and close to the sea as well

Cons:

1. They will no do room cleaning unless we inform them in the morning time
2. Breakfast food was very simple, no much variety especially for kids, they had hard time with breakfast food
3. Rooms were small, especially the second bedroom. Not much space to move around in the room
The beds in that room were tiny, kids often fallen down during their sleep
4. One of most disturbing thing is the bathroom door in the main bedroom, it cannot be locked
5. There was water leak form the shataf in the main bedroom bathroom
6. Some mold can be seen in the shower areas in both bathrooms
7. When renting a hotel apartment, it alway nice to have small Kichen/kichenet or at least a microwave! This hotel has on kitchen facilities in the apartment
