Cons:

In my opinion, firstly booking.com should visit the hotel and confirm with them whether they want to be dedicated to costumer or not.
Because in my experience " firstly with rudely behaviour they refuse my booking, after that they said they already stop booking from you, they offer me groud floor both cold rooms without heater. They said if you don't like go to other hotel. Because its a late evening with my children, so we compromised and ready to stay there they gave me a single blanket, and when I asked them for an extra blanket, they gave me one extra blanket for 6 people. Really, it was a cold, horrible night for my whole. We could not sleep the whole night with children. Also, there is no drinking water in both rooms, too.
