Vacances inoubliable et relax en famille
Pros:

L’emplacement parfait! Juste devant Pattaya beach. Nous sommes très contents d’avoir notre Bungalow sea view. Nous pouvons aller dans l’eau dès la matinée. Le bar est sympa, le personnel très accueillant .Très bon restaurant italien. Paiement CB facile. Nous ne voulons plus repartir.

Cons:

Le volume d’eau est vraiment faible pour se laver. Il manque un séchoir pour le linge.

La posizione, la struttura e lo staff super accogliente e gentile.

Cons:

Avrei aggiunto degli specchi in più, non solo quello del bagno. La luce nel bagno era troppo bassa di notte si vede poco. Per il resto é stato un soggiorno meraviglioso

Estancia muy agradable frente al mar en Koh Lipe
Pros:

Bungalow al lado del mar, muy bien ubicado. Es amplio, cómodo y está bien cuidado. El baño tiene aberturas, pero todo está bien preparado y no hay sorpresas: agua caliente sin problemas. La estancia fue muy agradable. Además, poder comer comida italiana allí mismo es un punto extra. Todo correcto, repetiría.

Pros:

Très bon emplacement. Facile d'accéder partout (plages, restaurants, rue marchande). Préservé de la vie nocturne. Lit grand et confortable . Moustiquaire performante. Ménage effectué tous les jours.

Cons:

Accueil peu chaleureux et durant tout le séjour. Horaires du restaurant mal adaptés (petit déjeuner, repas). Aucune ambiance conviviale. Bungalow très sombre, pas de chaise pour poser les vêtements, pas de lumière à la tête de lit, salle de bains laissant entrer toutes sortes d'animaux (la pose d'un grillage fin permettrait de limiter l'intrusion des animaux), bungalow peu spacieux même pour 2. Un rapport qualité/prix très mauvais pour la qualité des prestations (c'est notre 5e voyage en Thaïlande).

L'emplacement, quasiment les pieds dans l'eau, et d'un côté de la plage, ce qui permet d'être vite là où ça bouge mais de dormir au calme quand même. Notre bungalow familial était à 20 m de la plage, vraiment top!!!

Cons:

Le seul point négatif c'est que le local poubelle était juste devant notre bungalow et du coup le temps que ça soit évacué, avec la chaleur les odeurs étaient un peu gênantes... Et notre bungalow était collé au au restaurant de l'hôtel a côté, et la mise en service trèèès tôt le matin nous réveillait, mais ce n'est pas dépendant de forra...

Attention à la salle de bain
Pros:

Beau logement spacieux situé en bord de plage. A noter que la vue sur l'océan est très variable selon les logements, dans notre cas partiellement caché par le bar et les logements avoisinants.
La literie est confortable et la moustiquaire bien plus pratique que la plupart des endroits.
Le personnel est très accueillant.

Cons:

Le gros point négatif est la salle de bain qui mériterait une attention plus particulière de la part du resort.
Nous avons dû chasser 2 cafards et un centipède qui ont dû probablement rentrer par l'évacuation de la douche ou du robinet. Un problème vraiment facilement évitable par la mise en place d'une petite grille sur les évacuations.
La chasse d'eau se bloquait également facilement.
Dommage pour un logement de ce standing.

I am happy to stay here. Worth my money.
Pros:

The upper balcony, partially sea view. Still love it coz i can relax and sleep on the lazy chair provided. They have only 2 units that are sea view. Very near to the beach, like 50m away/beachfront. I ask for early check in and late check out, they said okay. Thank you for makes it easy for us.

Cons:

No place to dry our towel/ cloth on the 1st floor.
Please put insect screen gauze in the toilet. So many mosquitoes come in if we opened the toilet door.
