Loved the Hammoack poolside & Cafe
Pros:

The location was 7-10 minute walk from the the beach. I really loved the cafe next door as well as the little pool area with the hammock. The first night we didn't close the bathroom door and it was very loud as it doesn't have a full window, but the other nights we did and it was great. I thought the beds were a little hard, but my brother said he likes a firm mattress and really enjoyed them.

Cons:

We could've been provided with more toilet paper, and there were no hand towels. The fan didn't work in our room, but the AC did, so that was great. The room also pictured a hammock that was not actually in there, but the pool hammock made up for it.

No tenían mi reservacion pero me reubicaron
Pros:

Cuando llegamos no tenían nuestra reserva, me gustó que solucionaron rápido y nos dieron la opción de otro hotel, ellos mismos nos acompañaron al nuevo alojamiento y se aseguraron de que nos dieran habitaciones.

Cons:

Al parecer sus sistema tiene una falla con booking y aunque ya no haya disponibilidad la página permite seguir reservando como si tuvieran habitaciones, no me gustó que tuve que pagar mucho más de lo que había reservado, pero como ya estaba ahí con toda mi familia tuve que hacerlo, además te cobran un impuesto por cada persona y eso no lo mencionan en la reserva

Das Bad war sehr alt und kaputt.
Ich habe die Buchung auf Booking gemacht, an der Rezeption erhiehlt ich die Info, dass ich mit der Karte noch zahlen muss. Später kam bei Booking die Stornierung und ich habe viel mehr bezahlen müssen als ich gebucht habe. Ich gebe gerne Trinkgeld aber nur wenn man ehrlich ist. So tut man nicht!
