Posizione perfetta, stanze confortevoli e pulitissime, personale davvero gentile e premuroso!
Pros:

L'Albergo del Golfo ha una posizione perfetta per visitare il cuore di Napoli (Centro storico, Quartieri spagnoli, ecc.) e ovviamente la zona del Porto che lo ospita. Ho trovato una stanza confortevole e molto pulita, ma anche del personale alla mano e particolarmente cortese, cortesia culminata subito dopo il check-out, quando ho inavvertitamente lasciato in un cassetto il mio documento d'identità (peraltro con dei soldi dentro) e sono stato prontamente chiamato al telefono per recuperare il tutto in tempo utile (in caso contrario non sarei potuto salire in aereo). Quando tornerò a Napoli, sceglierò sicuramente questo hotel un'altra volta!

Equipe da recepção muito simpática, acolhedora e prestativa. Café da manhã bem servido, com bastante variedade de opções, incluindo frutas frescas. Chuveiro bem quente, adequado para o periodo de inverno

très bien pour le prix

les chambres sont très spacieuses, et propres

Cons:

la réception ouverte 24 / 24 n'est pas toujours présente, il faut téléphoner pour que quelqu'un vienne, nous avons appelé au moins 10 fois avant d'avoir une réponse lors de notre arrivée

appena arrivati nessuno ci ha accompagnati fino alla camera ci hanno lasciati cercare camera da soli (mentre dopo abbiamo visto che hanno accompagnato altri clienti)…la prima sera alle 2:45 di mattina il receptionist chiacchierava ad alta voce con altri clienti disturbando il nostro sonno…la camera era piena di polvere, abbiamo fatto notare ma niente, quindi abbiamo spolverato tutto da soli, la colazione molto vuota…volendo un bicchiere di latte mi è uscita solo acqua dalla macchinetta, il pane molto duro sono i clienti che devono tagliarlo da soli, al buffet 5 cornetti contati… la sola cosa positiva di questo albergo è che molto connessa con i mezzi pubblici ed è molto vicino al centro

Amazing best service for this price
Pros:

the staff was so nice they made sure everything was right for us our room was so clean the only problem we had while staying was we had an wifi connection problem last day of our stay we couldnt connect to the internet feom our room so we had to spend time at lobby
