A comfortable stay at a friendly hotel in downtown Kochi.
Pros:

We appreciated the location of the hotel, not far from the nearest Metro and South Railway station. The breakfast, that was included in our stay, was excellent. We are frequent guests at this property, so its a familiar place to us. Car parking is available.

Pros:

Excellent breakfast, comfortable rooms where temperature control works perfectly and a lovely cafe at the ground floor selling excellent desserts apart from exquisite continental cuisine

Cons:

My first Room No 208 which has a dead wall outside the window, so feels claustrophobic, but the room was changed immediately when a request was made by me.

Delightful stay - will be back!
Pros:

Staff extremely friendly, clean throughout, ideal location for shopping as it is on MG road, lots of vegetarian options to eat nearby. Breakfast delicious and fresh.
