Baño muy comodoo, ventana a la calle

Cons:

No tiene ascensor para llegar al piso 3! Y tampoco se ofrecieron a ayudar con las maletas. Sin embargo, rstuvo todo bien!

Гарне розміщення. Гарна транспортна розвʼязка. Близько до старого міста. Центр

Cons:

Було багато пилу. Старі меблі. Не було тремпелів де повісити одяг. Погано працював фен. Не було шампуню та гелю для душа.

Accueil chaleureux et upgrade spontané en chambres triples, mais séjour gâché par plusieurs problème
Pros:

La personne qui nous a accueilli était très sympathique, il nous a accompagné au parking pour nous montrer au laisser notre voiture et nous a très bien reçu. On était 5 (3 adultes et 2 enfants). On avait réservé une chambre double et une triple et ils nous ont proposé 2 chambres triples.

Cons:

Au départ, la porte de l'une des chambres ne se fermait pas à clé. Nous les en avons informé, ils nous on dit qu'ils allaient s'en occupé le temps qu'on aille mangé. A notre retour rien avait été fait et nous avons dû insister pour qu'ils nous donne une autre chambre car selon eux, ça n'était pas grave si la porte ne se fermait pas. Puis dans l'autre chambre, la fenêtre était impossible à fermer (un élément entre les battants était cassé), du coup on a dû faire avec car ils n'avaient plus d'autre chambre disponible ce soir là. Et en voulant fermer les volets intéreurs, ils n'avaient certainement pas été nettoyés depuis des mois (amas de poussières et toiles d'araignées). Et l'isolation des chambres reste bancale (on entend les voisins de chambres, les portes qui claquent, etc...). C'est dommage car l'endroit est sympa et charmant.

Le bon accueil du responsable il a accepté de garder mes bagages je temps que la chambre soit faite. Le petit déjeuner

Le lit petit pour moi qui bouge la nuit. Petit problème avec la chasse d'eau
