Otres beach est un endroit à découvrir avec sa plage et la gentillesse de la population.
Pros:

Le service de la réception a l’écoute des clients.

Cons:

Le bruit des clients au-dessus de notre chambre au moment de se coucher.

Forte odeur d égouts dans notre chambre très désagréable qui a gâchée notre nuit et le temps que l on a passé dans cette chambre
L écoulement de la douche qui se fait en partie dans la salle de bain (défaut de pente)

Pros:

The hotel was nice and the girls at the bar was nice

Cons:

The food was ok and a lot of the items that were advertised were not available. Very disappointed in how the staff handle request to switch room. The hotel was so empty and did not make an effort to accommodate our request. We came from a hotel that went above and beyond with customer service and it was hard to see the contrast in service.

Гарний отель в Сіануквілі, поряд з пляжем, з басейном, нормальною кухнею.

Cons:

Саме місто Сіануквіль. Саме місто - страшенний гадючник. Відсутність сервісу, нормальних послуг, страшний бруд і антисанітарія. Готель не має своєї зони з лежаками на пляжі.

Отель относительно новый, находится достаточно далеко от основной суеты, зато рядом чистый пляж Отрес.
Завтраки разнообразные, вкусно.
Персонал очень приветливый и отзывчивый.

Cons:

Pros:

Супер дружелюбный персонал. Завтраки не очень разнообразные, но для нас были приемлемыми. Номер был отличным. Днём и вечером можно заказать еду в ресторане в отеле. Вкусная и относительно недорогая для курортного отеля. Рядом много мелких лавочек купить напитки и перекус. Пляж в 200 метрах. Достаточно чистый песок. Вода чистая, неглубоко на приличную удалённость от берега. Лежаков на пляже нет, но можно полежать на полотенце. Их выдают на ресепшен, если идёте на пляж или в бассейн. Бассейн чистый, народу практически в нём нет. Можно поплавать без проблем. У бассейна стоят лежаки. Вообще, ребята из персонала молодцы. Большое им спасибо.

Cons:

Удалённость от центра, но, в какой-то степени, это даже плюс. Тем более тук-туки нивелируют эту проблему.

Cons:

No chairs inside only one side lamp desk. No real fridge only provided one pair of slippers. Restroom downstairs smells really bad.

Cockroaches
Pros:

The lady who fried eggs for the breakfast was very nice.

Cons:

There were cockroaches in our bathroom and the room. We left a night earlier. The hotel's response was : oh, sorry, goodbye.

Apart from that, the hotel, eventhough it was relatively new, was falling apart in some places - e.g. plaster falling off.
