Small room but comfortable stay in a great location
Pros:

So convenient to be able to get off a train and be essentially at your hotel. There are signs in Hiroshima station which direct you to the hotel, just make sure you go to the right one as there is Hotel Granvia and Hotel Granvia South Gate. The staff were so friendly and stored my luggage throughout the day for me before I could check in.

Cons:

Room was very small, there wasn't much space to move around the room with one open suitcase, so I would recommend for solo travellers.

Great hotel with great breakfast but be aware a "double room" is too small for most couples
Pros:

Great room (once upgraded), wonderful breakfast, helpful staff, fast elevators, cleaan, new, comfortable beds, clean bathrooms

Cons:

I had signed up for a "double room" for two people only to discover the bed was too small, the upgrade to two beds was a big incease in the cost of the room.

Highly recommended, we will stay again
Pros:

Amazing location which makes it super easy to get around Hiroshima.
The Limousine bus drops you right at the hotel if you flying in.

Overall we are happy customers.
Pros:

Staffs were quick to picked up we were lost and initiated to help.

Cons:

No clear direction signs from Hiroshima station - we went to Hotel Granvia instead of Hotel Granvia South Gate and had to walk the long walk w luggages to our hotel

Ideal für Bahnreisende
Pros:

Zental gelegen direkt am Bahnhof. Hatten ein Superior Zimmer und somit genügend Platz für unsere Koffer. Die Betten waren bequem. Das Frühstücksbuffet hat eine grosse Auswahl, je nach Zeitpunkt kann es recht voll sein.

Pros:

The room was functional but Japan size as you expect.
The location is really convenient and the malls around have interesting stuff in them. Checking in and out was easy via the kiosk.

It’s well located and facilities are very good. Especially the toilet and bathroom area it is very well designed

Cons:

Only negative thing is there is no proper car drop off area for guests arriving by car/bus
