Beautiful new hotel
Pros:

Room cleaning was never done or even done it was half way
Like we stayed a week even when they clean the bathrooms are not done

This is already a strong review. A slightly polished version:

Excellent location. The property is new, with spacious rooms, excellent bathrooms, and everything was exceptionally clean. The staff were fantastic throughout our stay.

The location is extremely convenient—an easy walk to downtown, Old Pasadena, shopping, attractions, and plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby.

A special shout-out to Ms. Ramos at the front desk, who was wonderful during check-in and very helpful with advice and guidance. She was exceptionally pleasant and welcoming.

Overall, a very comfortable stay in a great location, and I would happily recommend this hotel.

Thin walls and ceilings make for a very early rise daily

Super friendly staff, clean rooms

Cons:

The noise was terrible. I requested a quiet room at the end of a hallway when booking and when checking in. I received a room 4 doors down from the elevator and 2 doors from the ice machine but the real issue was there is no insulation whatsoever in the walls and floors and sleeping in was impossible- it was like a herd of elephants doing zumba around and above us..so much it shook our actual room and the stomping was incessant.

אהבנו הכל , מהמיקום עד החדר . הצוות היה נפלא במיוחד אנטוני שהעביר אותנו לחדר בקומה האחרונה . כולם היו אדיבים ושירותיים. נמליץ על המלון בשמחה

Cons:

החנייה במלון היא valet ועולה 50 דולר ללילה . ממול יש חניה ב 8 דולר לעשרים וארבע שעות .
כדאי לבקש חדר בקומה העליונה למי שרגיש לרעש ( שהולכים מעליו )

The AC Hotel is beautiful. It was clean and the ambience was wonderful!
Pros:

The ambience was great and the hotel was very clean. The staff was really accommodating and the parking was very easy to navigate. It was a stress free and cry pleasant experience!

Cons:

There was a slight sent to the linens and I like my linen very unscented!
