Pros:

The location, room sizes, heating in the room as it was a cold month in Nairobi,the staff and the ambience.

Cons:

The air diffuser at the reception, it was too perfumed. Being asked to pay for a container to carry food from breakfast restaurant to my room yet other people just carried food without paying.

Atendimento com excelência
Pros:

Foi super bom o atendimento desde o momento inicial até a saída. Recepcionista Charles merece destaque. Saímos de madrugada para o aeroporto e a equipe do restaurante nos providenciou uma breakfast box com variedades. Foram muito atenciosos e cuidadosos conosco.
