Disagio e disservizi, per ospiti con molta pazienza

La posizione e la pulizia ( della seconda camera)

Cons:

Il check in era previsto dalle 11, noi siamo arrivati alle 17 e la camera non era pronta.
Il receptionist mi chiede un’integrazione di denaro per infilare il terzo letto nella stanza, quando la prenotazione prevedeva alloggio per tre adulti.
Dopo la consegna delle chiavi, saliti a piedi con le nostre numerose valigie, visto che l’ascensore era guasto, abbiamo trovato una stanza sporca, con letto sfatto, un ferro da stiro nel bel mezzo del letto, bottiglie sparse etc etc. Quindi riscesi con le nostre valige ancora senza ascensore, abbiamo atteso alla reception un’altra stanza.
