Pros:

Posizione comoda per la Monument Valley, lodge essenziale ma zona molto caratteristica e niente da invidiare a hotel più pubblicizzati, camere pulite e letti comodi

Très mauvaise expérience car personnel non joignable à notre arrivée, accueil téléphonique compliqué, chambres ne corres

Cons:

Accueil fermé lors de notre arrivée (22h). Pas d’arrivée autonome prévue, personne ne répond au téléphone. Nous recherchons en catastrophe un autre logement après avoir tenté d’appeler de nombreuses fois et avoir laissé des messages écrits. Au bout de 45’ nous avons eu une réponse. Plusieurs tentatives pour obtenir finalement deux chambres éloignées l’une de l’autre (nous avions réservé une suite): La personne au bout du fil nous donnait le code d’entrée dans des chambres qui ne correspondaient pas à la taille de notre groupe (1 lit en 140 pour 3 adultes !).
Les équipements sont vieillissants et le sol est très sale

La atención y el apoyo de Jacobo con todo el inconveniente que tuvimos con el carro. Es un señor muy atento y dispuesto completamente a ayudar sin esperar nada a cambio. Nos gustó el aseo del hotel, la ubicación para ir a todos los imperdibles de Mexican Hat. Además tienes disponibilidad de parqueadero gratis
