Perfect base for exploring the island
Pros:

Perfect place if you plan to explore the island for a few days. Parking and breakfast were available, and the hosts were flexible with our breakfast requests. Whenever we had an issue, they responded quickly, which was very important to us. The property is located by the road but in a very quiet area with a beautiful view.

Cons:

On the first night the heating and hot water were not working, but the owners fixed the issue quickly. It was a big plus that they communicate via WhatsApp and resolve things efficiently.

Hotel in posizione centrale per muoversi su Lacona, Capoliveri e Porto Azzurro, dista circa 600 metri dalla spiaggia di Lido di Capoliveri, raggiungibile a piedi. La nostra camera (una tripla) era un po' piccola, ma comunque funzionale e si affacciava su una terrazza con vista mare e con un dondolo, sdraio e tavolini e sedie. Bagno con doccia (chiusura con vetro). La colazione era buona: presenti cornetti, quattro tipi di dolci fatti in casa, yogurt, cereali, per il salato prosciutto cotto, salame e fette di formaggio. Distributori di bevande (caffè, cappuccino etc.). Per cena ogni giorno veniva proposto un menù con scelta tra tre primi, tre secondi e due dessert. Bevande esculse.

Cons:

La stanza era un po' piccola, il cambio asciugamani settimanale. Non presente aria condizionata, ma comunque le pale rifrescavano sufficientemente.

Modesto ma economico
Pros:

L'hotel è modesto, anxhe se onestamente non manca nulla. Lo standard è piuttosto spartano e lo spazio in camera è limitato. Forse se l'attaccapanni non si fosse staccato appena si usava un pò di spazio avremmo potuto recuperarlo ma forse la manutenzione andrebbe migliorata. Buona la cucina e varia la colazione. Il personale in sala è molto gentile e disponibile, specialmente la cameriera. Necessario dotarsi di bagnoschiuma e shampoo propri, visto che la dotazione dell'hotel non è sufficiente neppure per una minima igiene quotidiana

Rigidità nelle regole di soggiorno e cucina e scarsa dotazione di saponi. Avevamo già provato la struttura in passato quindi un pochino eravamo preparati, anche se dal sito speravamo ci fosse stato un miglioramento più sensibile

Absolute Enttäuschung, nie wieder Hotel Villa Wanda!

Zunächst kann ich die guten Bewertungen für diese "Hotel" absolut nicht nachvollziehen, wir wurden für 10 Tage in Zimmer Nr.101 direkt neben der Rezeption bzw. Lobby gegenüber der Speiseterrasse einquartiert und Morgens ab ca. 6.45 Uhr sowie Abends bis ca. 23.00 Uhr ständigem Lärm ausgesetzt. Der sogenannte Balkon war ein Witz. Zimmer war hellhörig, man vernahm jedes Schnarchen, jedes Gespräch sowie jeden Furz aus dem Nachbarzimmer, es war klein, dunkel und schlecht belüftet und hatte ein altes Klappbett an der Wand. Der kleine Kühlschrank stand vor einer Kommode, so das diese nicht benutzt werden konnte. Kein einziger deutscher Kanal im TV vorhanden. Das "Bad" ohne Fenster (nur Glasbausteine) war ungepflegt, WC verdreckt, die enge Duschkabine und Wandfliesen waren mit Schimmel belastet, das Wasser floss während dem Duschen nicht richtig ab, so das sich die Duschwanne mit Wasser füllte, einfach ekelhaft. Das Hotel selber liegt ca. 70 m von einer sehr stark befahrenen Straße entfernt, welche beim ca. 15 min Fußmarsch zum Sandstrand überquert werden muss, mit Kleinkinder etwas gefährlich, auch die Hotelausfahrt ist hier sehr unübersichtlich. In der Umgebung gibt weder Gastronomie noch sonst etwas, alles muss mit dem Auto erledigt werden, deswegen hatten wir Halbpension gebucht, beim Frühstück gab es weder Brötchen noch Obst, gekochte Eier nur auf Nachfrage und das Toastbrot kam aus der Tüte, immer das Gleiche, die Kaffeeautomaten funktionierten nicht richtig. Das dreigängige Abendessen kann man nicht als Gastronomie bezeichnen, nur billige und zum Teil gefrorene Lebensmittel lieblos angerichtet und meist ohne Geschmack serviert, als Kochen würde ich das nicht definieren, jedes Kantinenessen ist vermutlich besser. Internetempfang 4G ist sehr schlecht, 5G hat besser funktioniert, für Hotel-Wlan soll man seine email-Adresse eingeben um später zugespamt zu werden, nein danke! Dieses "Hotel" ist nicht zu empfehlen.

Pros:

Abbiamo optato per l’opzione mezza pensione: camera pulita e con tutto il necessario, essenziale, buona cucina con diverse opzioni ogni sera. Il personale è gentilissimo, simpatia e cordialità erano la prassi. Il primo giorno ci è stata fatta anche un’utilissima spiegazione su tutto ciò che offre l’isola.
Decisamente consigliato!
