Pros:

Gute Lage unweit der Landstraße. Zimmer wie beschrieben, gutes TV-Programm mit einigen Spielfilmsendern. Guter Außenpool. Das Frühstück mit Buffett, Früchten, Backwaren und einigen Kaffees (auf Nachfrage) ist gut. Auch das Restaurant abends ist empfehlenswert und preislich ok. Der sympatische Ort Ferradina bietet sich zum Auffüllen des Reiseproviants und zum Abendessen (z.B. Pizzeria Fermentum) / Eisessen an.

Cons:

Ziemlich kleiner Duschbereich, der Weg vom Parkplatz zum Eingang ist umständlich. Der Balkon ist aus Beton-Form-Stücken gebaut und lädt nicht zum verweilen ein.

Not bad, if you don't rely on personnel and breakfast very much.
Pros:

Location is close to the highway, nice situated in a huge garden, which contains a lot of parking lots and a swimming pool to be opened about mid of may. Comfortable beds. Some may be attracted by the cubic, white and flat architectural impression of the building.

Cons:

Rooms are widespread on a level about several steps up from the reception without elevator. The whole structure is kind of brutal architecture with a lot of concrete. Shower is very small and with a fixed shower head only, thus when entering, you either water the floor or get a cold-water-shock. TV has italian channels only. Personnel was not very charming at all; especially at the breakfast, where you had to ask for each item separately.
