Pros:

Location is super. Room is small but has everything you need. The TV menu gives you info on everything and informs you of the check out time in case you miss or want to extend. There is a nice coffee shop next to with very kind staff. They keep your luggage if you need to.

Convenient and super friendly staff.
Pros:

The best things about this hotel are the staff and the location. The people here are awesome! It’s only a 5-minute walk to the famous Dotonbori and about 10 minutes to the station.

Cons:

My only complaint is that the rooms and bathrooms are super small—there really isn't enough space to open large suitcases. There might be bigger rooms available, but for our family of four, it was a tight fit. We noticed that every APA Hotel we saw in other cities also looked quite small from the outside, even though we only stayed in this one
