Good for the price, spend a little more for more comfortable beds if this is a priority for you.
Pros:

Great location tucked in a little lane way. Sound proofing was excellent. Out of District 1 but still close enough to walk to some attractions. Some really nice food options nearby.

Cons:

Beds were very hard. Staff were friendly but not great with non Vietnamese speaking guests. Seemed to be a rooming house for young people who also worked on the front desk.

Overall I did have a nice stay for 4 nights, if you’re planning on being out most of the day, the value for money is goo
Pros:

Nice location, with food options and massages around - not a super touristy area as well:)
Staff was nice!

Cons:

I booked the single terrace room, and it honestly wasn’t very clean. There were tissues under the bed, a half empty water bottle in the desk, lots of ants and a few cockroaches…
I wasn’t able to turn off the aircon, and it was super loud! Also the door in the bathroom was way too large, and it was hard to squeeze through.

Cons:

You kinda have to go outside to get to your own bathroom, and bathroom has no fan so it gets humid and moldy there.
The room really needs a deep cleaning, it’s quite dirty overall.

The terrace room is quite good, it’s small but the feel is good and not so dirty. It’s doesn’t really look like the pictures though and the terrace itself is not cozy.

Cons:

Posto molto sporco. La camera con "terrazzino" non è come può sembrare in foto, dal vivo è un balconcino molto piccolo al quale sono state messe delle vecchie persiane blu che coprono la vista della brutta casa di fronte a 1 metro di distanza... Tutto abbastanza rotto e fatiscente. Stanza piccola e brutta. La sconsiglio.
