Het personeel was vriendelijk. De prijs viel goed mee dus je kan niet het beste verwachten hiervoor.
De badkamer was niet zo proper en de bedden waren vrij hard.
Easy, cheap and some potential
Picture in the property description were misleading. Rooms and entrance were absolutely not as show in the picture. Room was kind of dirty in the floor with stains on the walls and spiderwebs on the corners. Found a dead cockroach under the bed covers in a layer of dust that must have been there since 2021. Bathroom became a swimming pool after each shower.

Staff were very nice and helpful! Free bottled water upon arriving and checking out. Nice and spacious room. AC is cool enough. Free toiletries. Gave me a gift on my birthday!
Tub was kind of broken. Soap etc. were not replenished and room does not seem to be cleaned deep enough between guest stays.
I like the aesthetics of it and that it was off the main road while being close to restaurants and shops.
You got your own locker plus a smaller one in your pod that was really convenient.
The staff while kind were completely unhelpful at every turn. They never knew anything and could barely communicate with me. They would also leave the door open to the dorms constantly while the AC was on which defeats the purpose.
Then AC barely worked, the units were half broken, supposedly on 16 degrees but I was sweating. The room was not insulted and so cool air was always escaping through the balcony windows. The bathroom was also always dirty.

Cute little hotel and hostel walkable from the railway station. We had a private double room - fridge and air conditioning. Good WiFi.

Central location, staff was friendly.
Room is not really soundproof, you’d hear a lot of loud noises in the morning. The bed is a bit small and not too comfortable. I requested to check out later in advance (with extra fees if needed), to which the staff agreed the check-out time would be 13:30. On the day however, the staff was rushing me to leave already at 11:00 and we settled for 12:00 in the end. Would have been less stressful if they had upfront refused to let me check out later than rushing me in the last minutes.

A bit away from the main area of town.
Vòi nước tắm rất yếu. Nước không đủ nóng để tắm. Khi ngày mưa, nhân viên phải đun nước và mang vào từ bên ngoài cho chúng tôi. Nhà vệ sinh nằm ngoài phòng, nên cảm giác bất tiện. Phòng ngủ rất nhỏ, chỉ phù hợp với 1 người ở.
