Feeling at home
Pros:

Amazing place, felt myself truly at home. Nina’s cooking is excellent, really home-made Georgian food for the best price in the whole Gudauri. You can’t miss home made wine and Chacha, Mamuka and Kakha are exceptional hosts! Getting to the slopes is really easy with their help. Fire place warms you every evening (Christmas tree is still there!). I would definitely return again. Thank you for such warm stay!

Cons:

That I could stay only for 5 nights and would love to stay more!

It was like a delightful treasure.
Pros:

I am lost for words. This property was absolutely one of the best properties I stayed in Georgia. The way I was embraced with the culture the food the cleanliness of the property. The interaction I had with the staff was 100% amazing.

Cons:

The property was situated in a very quiet area but it was magical. I was covered with snow. I was able to take short walks to the little shops and sit down and have coffee with the locals so friendly amazing area

En trato cercano del personal y la ubicación del alojamiento fuera de las aglomeraciones de la estación.
La cocina georgiana en general exquisita.
Todo facilidades para el Ski. El dueño te lleva a las pistas y todo es disposición para ayudar al huésped. Repetiremos.

Pros:

Очень уютное атмосферное место с отзывчивым персоналом. Сам номер новый и очень теплый (мы отдыхали в феврале), еда и на завтраках (шведский стол), и по меню на ужинах очень вкусная — отдельное спасибо Нино. Отель находится в пешей доступности от нижнего подъемника, удобно возвращаться пешком после катания, по утрам в гору нас возил Мамука, который очень располагает своей отзывчивостью, всегда был готов помочь. В общем, очень довольны таким душевным шале. Настоящее золото Гудаури

Staff was friendly and helpful

Cons:

I booked a bigger room then when i reached it was not available , and the bed i got was like 2 attached together with a big gap between them

Amazing stay - highly recommend this chalet and the owners amazing kind and friendly hospitality
Pros:

Mamuka and team are amazing hosts. The chalet is highly recommended for a stay - clean and comfortable

Cons:

Dropping you off at the slopes and picking up after a day’s skiing is efficient and flexible. Worked so well.

You can eat in the casket as well and we enjoyed the home cooking some days.

Rooms are large and spacious - good WiFi and very warm. Water is always hot

Try the owners homemade cha cha drink! Warns your heart after a day on the slopes

Charming, cosy chalet
Pros:

A lovely, warm chalet with home made breakfast from the wonderful owners, Nina and Mamuka. The communal area was snug and was a nice way to talk to other guests. The owner arranged a car to take us to the slopes each time. He was very good and it helped a lot. As we were with a child it was too hard to walk to the ski ride/lift.

Pros:

Place of the Chalet was fine, Hot water caility in bathroom and room heating system was good.but poor maintenance.

Cons:

We have booked a room with a balcony but the room they have given was without a balcony. Our room door couldn't lock what they told was the key room has been misplaced by a guest. But as we have made the booking even we don't stay they don't refund.
And there were no facilities for tea/ coffee. Drinking water was only available for money.

Gudauri's hidden gem
Pros:

Such a homely stay, close to ski lifts and restaurants. The in house food options are superb and the breakfast is top notch.
Incredible hospitality and comfortable rooms.
The host Niniko is absolutely lovely 💛

Warm cozy place with a wonderful host.
Pros:

The atmosphere and very friendly host Make made our unplanned visit wonderful! Even though at the beginning we experienced troubles to find the Chalet the host pick us up, brought to the place, organized welcome drinks and fireplace. We were provided with the drive to the ski resort and from. Unfortunately we couldn’t stat longer but really enjoyed the experience of the Chalet.

Pros:

The host Nina was such a lovely lady. It is in the most beautiful location close to ski fields. Room was spotless and it was good value for money. You must try her homemade wine, it was so yummy!!

Cons:

The only issue we had which is absolutely not the fault of the hotel was next door they left their poor dog outside in the snow all night and it barked and howled the entire night which as a very light sleeper made it difficult to sleep. As I said though, this is not the fault of the hotel.
