Pros:

The rooms were quite spacious.

Cons:

We had opted for a room where we were meant to pay at the property directly. Soon after the rooms were booked, we were threatened with cancellation of reservation unless we paid up 50% in advance, and were even offered a discount of 10% if we cancelled with booking.com, and booked the rooms directly with the property. We declined, paid up in advance. Upon arrival at the property, we were treated with great discourtesy. The breakfast spread was disappointing, and a number of items printed on the menu were never available.

I liked the resort and the garden.

Cons:

The indoor activities like indoor games and and entry to Theatre and Swimming Pool is restricted after 6.00 PM which is not good. Restriction to Swimming Pool is ok in view of security reasons but entry to theatre and other indoor activities should not be restricted as it is the only way of time pass in the evening before dinner.The time of closing the indoor games arena should be at least 8.00 PM in the evening.

Get a 5 star experience at a affordable budget
Pros:

The facilities are top notch like a five star hotel , had good hygiene and well designed room. Best part was the affordablilty of the property. I strongly recommend a stay here

Cons:

The location is bit far from the beach. Though it's walkable.
